Barry Rosa is Vice President of Prudential Connecticut Realty Specialty Services and has managed the New Homes and Land and Active Adult Divisions since 2000. Barry has performed feasibility analyses, structured marketing programs and managed the sales process for approximately 35 subdivisions in the past five years. He has been in the real estate and finance business for 25 years in many capacities. Barry is also a recognized real estate market analyst, lecturer, and professional trainer, as well as a respected thought leader in the real estate industry.
